I needed to get into shape, so I did the only logical thing. I joined a gym. I had access to a trainer there who was able to get me on the right track. He was not my personal trainer, since everyone at the gym was able to use him, but there was a bond that developed there. He was able to get me on the right machines that would target specific areas, and he also told me to check the Anabolic cooking review that he had emailed to me.
He said that while exercising is a huge part of it, that I needed to make sure that I was eating right too. I can exercise all I want, but I would never have the figure that I wanted if I did not counter that with the right foods. Since I had no idea what the right foods were, I was so happy that he had given me a heads up on this too. As soon as I started reading it, I realized that I was going to be in for a huge change. There was one picture in particular that nearly did me in. It had a burger, fries and pizza along with donuts and chips on it.
Those foods are my comfort foods, and I knew that I was going to have a hard time giving any of them up. However, the more I read, the more I realized that I was looking at this entirely the wrong way. I was already setting up the roadblocks when I could take the freeway there with no obstacles whatsoever. I paid attention to the cooking tips that were given, and I was so thankful for the hundreds of recipes available. My trainer was right, because this was the missing ingredient. I am now at my goal!
